  • 1/2 cup of water (small)
  • 1 tbsp cup dried lavender (little)
  • Honey (to taste, you can also use stevia)
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1tbsp coffee (to taste)

Recipe:

  • Take a bowl, add water to it and leave it to become hot on the low flame.
  • Leave the lavender to remain in the water for 10 minutes. 
  • Make sure the flame is low; otherwise, you will lose all the medicinal benefits of lavender.
  • Please remove it from heat and leave it to become normal at room temperature and strain it. 
  • Now, heat the coconut milk and add a tablespoon of coffee.
